Terms and Conditions

1. Service Agreement

By accepting a quote and engaging Greenkeeper Garden Care for regular maintenance, clearances, or hedge pruning, you agree to the terms set out in this document. We strive to provide dependable, professional care for your outdoor spaces, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standard.

Services are scheduled in advance. While we make every effort to arrive on the agreed date, weather conditions may necessitate rescheduling to ensure the quality of the work and the safety of our team.

2. Quotes and Payment

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Once a quote is accepted, the agreed price remains fixed for the specified scope of work. Any additional services requested outside the original scope will be quoted separately.

• Invoices are issued upon completion of the service or on a scheduled monthly basis for regular maintenance clients.
• Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise arranged.
• Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of regular lawn care services until the balance is cleared.

3. Property Access and Safety

To perform our duties safely and efficiently, we require unobstructed access to the areas requiring maintenance on the scheduled service day. We kindly ask that you ensure gates are unlocked, pets are kept indoors, and any fragile items or garden furniture are safely moved away from working zones.

Greenkeeper Garden Care takes great care while operating mowers, trimmers, and other equipment. However, we cannot be held responsible for damage to hidden pipes, cables, or objects obscured by overgrown grass or hedges if their location was not disclosed to us prior to the start of the work.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

We appreciate that plans change. If you need to cancel or modify a scheduled visit, we ask for at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a small administrative fee, as that time was specifically reserved for your garden.
